In an interview with Fox News, the President of Finland spoke about his “Peace Plan”.
Alexander Stubb believes four critical conditions must be fulfilled for peace in Ukraine and the world.
The first condition is that all the occupied territories of Ukraine must be returned (restoration of the 1991 border), otherwise the war will continue.
The second condition is that Ukraine must be accepted into NATO or be provided with real alternative security guarantees, otherwise the war will continue.
The third condition is to punish all those involved in the so-called “SVO”, including organizers, participants, propagandists, and all those who supported it. Otherwise, the repetition of this scenario may be limited not only to the territory of Ukraine.
The fourth condition for peace in Ukraine and in the world is, respectively, compensation for all the losses caused: from the lives taken to moral and material losses. Otherwise, the lack of accountability for crimes will encourage their repetition.
He believes that to prevent the emergence of new so-called “illegal armed groups” anywhere in the world, these 4 conditions of the so-called Finnish “Peace Plan” must be fulfilled, which in turn will give all “under-king dictators” a reason to think carefully about the price of all their ambitious intentions and plans.
It’s not so much about Ukraine and its problems in general, but about which choice is more profitable: to get off quickly and cheaply, to patch a leaking pipe with improvised materials and wait for it to burst again, or to spend more money on materials and plumbing that will do its job for years?
