China once again demonstrates its commitment to Russia’s radical policies

China once again demonstrates its commitment to Russia’s radical policies. At this stage of the war, the extensive use of drones is altering the configurations of the defense line almost daily. In this active phase of drone deployment, the Russians are capable of accumulating and using drones without losing initiative on the battlefield. China manufactures and supplies the necessary components to the Russian military industry and modernizes its engineering solutions based on the experience of the Russian army. The logistics of the occupying Russian forces are concentrated on providing drones for tactical and operational units, as well as suppressing the control signals of Ukrainian drones through a network of electronic warfare stations. These comprehensive solutions are being implemented by Russia with the support of Xi Jinping’s government.

Despite the Russians’ attempts to dictate their rules on the battlefield, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are repelling enemy attacks and skillfully utilizing Western technology to accomplish their assigned tasks. Recently, a mobile fire group destroyed a Supercam over the Donbas region. During the identification of the debris, a data transmission module (control commands) was found, assembled based on the ARM LPC1768FBD100K microcontroller. This device is manufactured by Real Support Electronic Co., Ltd. (Guangdong, People’s Republic of China).

Additionally, this drone was equipped with an electric motor Scorpion SII-4025-440 KV 200W, serial number TL 007, produced by Scorpion Power System in Hong Kong.

These and other components are being supplied to Russia in circumvention of sanctions to continue aggression against Ukraine. The circumvention of sanctions is facilitated by the fact that Hong Kong’s regulatory environment allows for the easy concealment of company ownership and the quick establishment and dissolution of legal entities. Hong Kong firms also assist in circumventing sanctions for North Korea and Iran.

The global non-profit security organization C4ADS continues to monitor the activities of front companies and corruption schemes that provide Russia with the flexibility to conceal channels for the supply of dual-use goods. Efforts by the U.S. and Western countries have somewhat reduced supply, but Russia still receives the necessary microelectronics to build drones and carry out mass strikes on Ukrainian territory.
