Croatia contributes to the process of demining Ukrainian fields

The Russian military uses a critically large number of mines in Ukraine. Some experts believe that complete demining will take decades after the war. That is why any help in this direction is very important.

One of the countries that joined the support of the demining process in Ukraine is Croatia. The government of this country allocated 1 million euros, which will be spent precisely for this purpose.

“The money raised within the framework of the joint memorandum with Croatia and UN partners will be directed to the survey and cleaning of contaminated lands, which potentially make up 174,000 square kilometers in Ukraine,” said the Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyridenko.

Ukraine is grateful to Croatia for this and other support, because defeating the aggressive policy of Russia is a common goal of the entire civilized world!
