Basic principles during for the workgroups of the PostRussia International Conference:

  • parity and equality of participants, regardless of the population and/or size of the indigenous people/region
  • mutual respect and recognition of the right to self-determination, sovereignty, and independence of each indigenous people and region
  • the moderator is not a judge, his task is to help the team to work as productively as possible
  • no veto power
  • the adoption (a priori) of the norm on the complete and immediate denuclearization of all states without exception of the post-Russian space
