According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia is preparing to announce an open mobilization on May 9.
This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov.
“Russia has already switched to covert mobilization and is preparing to announce open mobilization in the near future.
The Russian reserve began to compare what they actually had and calculated what they could get from mobilization decree. This is an absolutely necessary step before the start of real mobilization, he explained.
This threatens a start of a new powerful stage of Russia’s offensive against Ukraine.
