Russian airlines will lose contracts with the UN

Airlines from Russia will no longer work with the UN. Agreements with the international organization will soon cease to be valid. As the Russian authorities complain, the contracts of the airlines of the rogue state with the UN will soon expire. The International Civil Aviation Organization will not extend the existing contracts with Moscow.

As of today, the Russians have already lost almost all the contracts that were signed with UN peacekeeping and political missions. All contracts are due to expire in the first quarter of 2024. This is a significant blow to Russian civil aviation.

Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, told the Kremlin media about the “illegality” of such a decision, but the UN is not going to pay attention to her fantasies or revise its decision. The rogue state has been punished for its deeds by the UN, but Russia should face more sanctions, and they should be tougher than the previous ones.
