A Russian landing force is approaching Odessa: 4 large landing ships and support ships.
The landing is 14 miles from Sanzhiyka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing to defend the city.
Meanwhile, the cargo ship “Helt” is sinking in the Black Sea. The vessel (Finnish-owned; sailing under the Panamanian flag) was captured by the Russians. The crew is being disembarked onto rafts.
The ship is at a 70 degree tilt. Rescuers are currently unable to approch the vessel.
