The russian war criminal, whose units were already defeated near Kharkiv, returned there again.

Major General Azer Ramazanov, a war criminal, commander of the 47th Tank Division (military unit 54096), was spotted on the border of the Belgorod and Kharkiv regions. Since 2022, he has already had experience of a crushing defeat near Kharkiv, and it seems he is going to repeat it on an even larger scale.

In the spring of 2022, then still a colonel, Azer Ramazanov was acting commander of the 138th Separate Mechanized Brigade, which tried to occupy the Kharkiv region. They managed to seize 8 settlements and terrorize the population for several weeks.

But in late March, the Ukrainian Armed Forces began to actively destroy the occupiers on the outskirts of Kharkiv. As a result, after several days of active fighting, the 2nd Battalion Tactical Group of the 138th Motorized Rifle Brigade was defeated near Kharkiv by soldiers of the 92nd Brigade and volunteer units. Moreover, the headquarters of these units were captured, all headquarters documentation, maps, personnel lists, control vehicles, complete communication systems, keys, the artillery chief and the communications chief were seized, and more than 60 soldiers of these units surrendered. 8 settlements were liberated. Azer Ramazanov himself was wounded and fled with the remnants of the brigade.

For these “outstanding achievements,” Ramazanov was promoted to the rank of colonel and then major general. He was also promoted to the position of commander of the 47th Tank Division. And he was smart enough not to return to the Kharkiv region.

But now, in the summer of 2024, the major general, head of the 47th Tank Division, has returned. We are sure that this time the Armed Forces will not allow them to commit new war crimes and the losses will be even more significant. And the major general himself will be brought before an international court and sentenced accordingly.
