The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, says that in the area of the of Rubizhne township, where the fighting continues, the Russians are forcing women to reconnoiter the location of the Ukrainian military, threatening to shoot their children.
“I can tell you of a terrible situation that is happening in Rubizhne right now. The Russians are stealing children and then forcing women, their mothers, to go to the positions of the Ukrainian military under the pretext that they would like to pick up humanitarian aid.
They take some humanitarian aid kits or products there and then go back and tell how the positions of Ukrainian defenders are arranged. If women do not do this, the Russians threaten to shoot the children.”
Haidai mentioned it during his online briefing on April 26.
