- The fighting for the town of Kreminna in the Luhansk Region, which has been captured by the Russian occupation forces on 18 April, lasted three days. Russia used a large number of armored vehicles to attack the town.
- Russian shells fall on a playgrounds in Kharkiv. Two people are dead
- In the Luhansk Region, Russian troops destroyed 10 residential buildings and an Olympic sports facility. Most of the damage was inflicted on Kreminna, which was captured by Russian troops today, 18 April. At least 4 civilians were killed in the captured town.
- Russian occupying troops have abducted 155 civilians in the Zaporizhzhia Region.
