Azerbaijan’s decision could deal another blow to Russia’s influence network and signal that the spread of Russian propaganda in the South Caucasus will face resistance.
“Our country has become a donor itself and does not need external assistance, especially when such assistance is provided through non-transparent schemes, and the structure of these organizations has an openly intelligence-related nature,” sources told to ‘Report‘.
