British Troops to Ukraine!

The United Kingdom is ready to send its troops to Ukraine to ensure the implementation of any peace agreements. This was stated by the Prime Minister of the country, Keir Starmer.

Direct speech of Keir Starmer – “The UK is ready to play a leading role in accelerating the work on security guarantees for Ukraine. This includes continued support for the Ukrainian military, where the UK is already committed to £3 billion a year until at least 2030.

It also means being ready and willing to contribute to providing security guarantees for Ukraine by deploying our own troops on the ground if necessary.”

“But any role in helping to guarantee Ukraine’s security is helping to guarantee the security of our continent and the security of this country. The end of this war, when it comes, cannot be just a temporary pause before Putin attacks again.”

According to Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the UK can play a unique role as a bridge between Europe and the US in the peace process in the Russia-Ukraine war.

He said: “These crucial days ahead will determine the future security of our continent. Peace comes through strength. But the opposite is also true. Weakness leads to war. This is a moment for all of us to step up – and the United Kingdom will do so because it is the right thing to do for the values and freedoms we hold dear, and because it is fundamental to our own national security.”

It is not yet clear what a European-led peacekeeping force in Ukraine would look like. One proposal that will be discussed is that European troops be deployed away from the front line, which will be established by a peace agreement.

There is also the question of how Article 5 of the NATO treaty would be invoked in the event of a Putin attack on the British military. Would this mean an attack on the entire NATO bloc? In addition, French President Emanuel Macron should have his say. After all, he has also repeatedly stated the possibility of involving French troops.

In general, such a statement by Kier Starmer could detonate significant changes not only in Europe, a part of the Eurasian continent, but also in the whole world. Other countries are likely to join Britain. Perhaps Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia? If so, then this is the whole of northern and central Europe! The formation of such a new military alliance will record a new redistribution of the world.
