On the evening of December 27, Russian troops attacked the maternity ward of a Kherson hospital. Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko in Telegram reported this.
According to him, two children were born there that day.
“Before the attack, doctors had completed a cesarean operation. There are five women in the hospital after childbirth. By a miracle, no one was injured,” his post states.
On December 27, the occupants shelled the Kherson region 50 times. According to the head of the Regional State Administration, Yaroslav Yanushevych, peaceful settlements suffered from attacks from artillery, MLRS, mortars, and tanks.
“The enemy attacked Kherson 23 times. Enemy shells hit a medical facility, kindergarten, bakery, warehouses, and private and apartment buildings. Yesterday, three people sustained injuries of varying severity due to Russian shelling,” the head of the region noted.
Terrorists continue to massively attack the de-occupied territories of the Kherson region, shelling infrastructure facilities and high-rise buildings with artillery and multiple rocket launchers.
